Small bug with new iOS

Ever since upgrading to iOS 8.1.2 I cant change the number of teams. No matter what option I pick the game will always have 4 teams. I thought it may have been just my iPad but this bug is also affecting the game on my iPhone as well.

Also, the in-game link to email support seems to dead.
